高血压症治疗药甲?丙脯酸在英国上市销售后,根据黄色卡片制度从1983年7月到1985年1月间共收集13295例服药者的不良反应情况.13295例服药者平均年龄为61±10岁,其中女性占58%,男性占42%.服药前平均收缩压为182±25mmHg,平均舒张压为106±13mmHg.服药第一组(PMS1)开始剂量为72mg/d,第二组(PMS2)为66mg/d,以后维持量为25～50mg/d.服药20周后收缩压平均下降27mmHg,舒张压平均下降17mmHg.可疑的不良反应共发生953例,占全体服药者7.17%.其中欠爽和倦怠1.55%;胃肠道不适1.07%;皮疹0.81%;头昏和眩晕0.75%;头痛0.61%;低血压症0.34%;口内异味0.33%;焦虑和心动过速0.27%;咽喉刺激和咳嗽0.20%;其它1.24%.108例皮疹中,女性71例,男性37例.主要有斑丘疹、荨麻疹和表皮脱落性皮炎.症状有痒,面部、眼睑和口唇肿胀.一些病例因此不能继续服药.停药后皮疹消
