第一次鑄造車間設計經驗交流会是在1954年8月召开的。在过去的这兩年半內,整个工業,特別是鑄造生产是沿着机械化及自动化的道路向前發展的。机械化生产,特别是自动化的生产有許多优点,首先劳动生产率能提高好几倍。如果分析一下鑄造車間的工作便可看出,技术經济指标在很大程度上是决定于生产規模、机械化程度及鑄件制造方法的水平。譬如小产量的車間以及生产重型鑄件的單件生产車間,因为广泛使用机械化有困难,所以就有大量工人,而指标也必然較低。設計工艺过程时,主要的任务就是由現有的一些鑄造方法中选擇一种最合理的方法,以保証很高的技术經济指标,并保証制成的零件有必需的使用質量。选擇合理的鑄造方法是一件复杂的事情,要做好这件事,鑄造工艺
The first casting workshop design experience exchange was held in August 1954.
