民政档案信息涉及面广,涵盖范围大,种类庞杂,进行民政档案管理利用耗费人力财力较大。随着经济社会的不断发展,信息技术不断提高,计算机应用渗透到各行各业。民政档案管理也应当与时俱进,运用现代信息检索技术,提高民政档案的信息化管理效率。文章结合实际,主要探讨了基层民政部门提高民政档案信息化管理的路径。
The civil archives information covers a wide range, covers a wide range of complex types of civil archives management and use of human and financial resources. With the continuous development of economy and society, the information technology is constantly improving and the computer application permeates all walks of life.
