1病例介绍杨某,男,60岁,2009年1月14日于我院就诊,初诊时患者情绪低落,少言懒动,不愿与人交往,焦虑心烦,咽干口苦,胸胁胀满,夜寐欠安,纳差,小便量少,大便稀,苔薄白,脉弦。多次复诊发现躁狂表现,患者明显兴奋话多,自尊心过强,超过自身经济条件购物,睡眠时间减少,确诊为双相障碍。该患者合并有糖尿病、高血压、慢性粒细胞性白血病、前列腺增生等多种疾病,病情较为复杂。予奥氮平5mg Qd
