高校是教师和学生的聚集地,是高水平、高技能人才的培养基地,是中国特色会主义建设合格人才的诞生地。可以说,能否培养出符合社会发展要求的高素质人才,成为高校的时代课题,直接关系到中华民族能否屹立于世界民族之林,也直接关系到社会主义现代化建设事业的兴衰成败。其中,师生关系成为制约高校发展的重要因素,能否构建和谐的师生关系,非常关键的一点就是,我们是否能加强和落实高校党建工作。
Colleges and universities are the gathering places for teachers and students, the training bases for high-level and highly-skilled personnel, and the birthplace of qualified personnel with Chinese characteristics and socialism. It can be said that the ability to cultivate highly qualified personnel that meets the requirements of social development has become a topic of the times in the universities.
