针对现状我们分析出拐卖儿童犯罪案件的共有特点,由特点来分析出引发拐卖儿童犯罪的种种原因。找到原因就等于找到了根源,针对此原因我国总结出各个对打拐有促进作用的主体,包括,国家层面要在立法、司法、行政层面来实施打拐。社会层面要加大媒体的宣传和打击力度,加强企业的打拐的责任意识,并要提升落后地区的教育水平。最后,要加强家庭的防范意识,提高警惕性,教导孩子建立如何应对陌生人等自我防卫意识。
In view of the status quo, we analyze the common features of child trafficking cases and analyze the causes of the crime that lead to child trafficking. To find out the reason is to find the root cause. For this reason, China sums up all the parties that have a role to play in promoting trafficking, including implementing the crackdown at the legislative, judicial, and administrative levels at the national level. At the social level, it is necessary to intensify media propaganda and crackdown, reinforce the awareness of corporate responsibility to kick-start the crime, and raise the standard of education in backward regions. Finally, we should strengthen family awareness of prevention, increase vigilance, teach children how to deal with strangers and other self-defense awareness.
