对四神茶剂挥发油用正交试验法探讨其β-CD包合条件,结果以β-CD与挥发油4:0.75、45℃、2h最佳。经GC分析,证明包合前后挥发油主要成分基本一致。经差示扫描量热分析法和X──射线衍射法测定.证明包合物已形成一种新的物相。
The β-CD inclusion conditions were studied by orthogonal test on the volatile oil of Sishen Tea. The results showed that β-CD and volatile oil were the best at 4:0.75, 45°C and 2 h. GC analysis showed that the main components of volatile oil before and after inclusion were basically the same. Differential scanning calorimetry and X ─ ray diffraction determination. Prove that the clathrate has formed a new phase.
