目的：为了解Ｐｒｉｍ ｅ＆ Ｂｏｎｄ２．１ 多功能粘结剂治疗牙颈部牙本质敏感症的疗效。方法：采用此种材料治疗１８５ 例患牙，并用７５％ 氟化钠作为对照组。结果：术后１０ 分钟实验组显效９０．７８％ ，对照组为８４．５５％ （χ２＝ ２．３９，Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；说明两者疗效无显著差异；术后１ 月实验组显效８７．２３％ ，对照组为７３．１７％ （χ２＝ ８．３４Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；术后半年实验组显效７４．４７％ ，对照组为５３．６６％（χ２＝ １２．４７，Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：Ｐｒｉｍ ｅ＆ Ｂｏｎｄ２．１ 多功能粘结剂能封闭牙本质小管，阻断牙本质小管的传导，并且氟离子能从封闭剂中缓缓释放，从而作用持久
Objective: To understand the effect of Prim e & Bond2.1 multifunctional adhesive on the dentin hypersensitivity of the dental neck. METHODS: 185 teeth were treated with this material and 75% sodium fluoride was used as a control. Results: In the experimental group at 10 minutes after operation, the effective rate was 90.78% in the experimental group and 84.55% in the control group (χ2 = 2.39, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups 87.23% in the control group and 73.17% in the control group (χ2 = 8.34P <0.01). The effective rate of the experimental group was 74.47% in six months and 53.66% in the control group (χ2 = 12.47, P <0.01). Conclusion: Prim e & Bond 2.1 multifunctional adhesive can close the dentinal tubules, blocking the conduction of dentinal tubules, and fluoride ions can be slowly released from the blocking agent, thus lasting effect
