Some Thoughts on Grasping the Local Financial Revenue Under the Tax Sharing System Shen Liangyu’s tax sharing system is a major measure taken by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council over the reform of China’s financial system. Although the local finance is in grave difficulties and the status quo is grim, the tax sharing system also brings new opportunities for development in local finance. Local governments at all levels should seize the opportunity and accelerate development so as to adapt to this major reform and adjustment as soon as possible.
