彭海石家庄陆军指挥学院教授,大校军衔.原总参优秀中青年专家。先后获军队级教学成果一等奖,全军院校中国特色社会主义理论体系教学观摩评选活动二等奖;先后4次荣立三等功,2016年被评为全军优秀共产党员。主要承担思想政治教育、国际形势与国家安全战略的研究与教学任务。参加《习主席在庆祝中国共产党成立95周年大会上的重要讲话精神宣讲提纲》的撰写工作,陆军组织的习主席改革强军重大战略思想宣讲工作。先后完成《坚持党对军队绝对领导学习读本》《军队政治工作学》《当代世界经济与政治》等教材读本的编撰修订,出版专著教材20余部,在各类期刊杂志发表文章40余篇。

Mainly undertake ideological and political education, the international situation and national security strategy research and teaching tasks. Participated in the writing of “Outline of Propaganda Outline of Important Speech Speeches by Chairman Xi in Celebrating the 95th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Chinese Communist Party,” and Chairman Xi of the Army organized the work of reforming and rehearsing the major strategic thinking of the strong army. He has successively completed the compilation and revision of reading materials such as “Insisting on Party Absolute Reading of the Leading Cadres in the Armed Forces”, “Political Work in the Army” and “Contemporary World Economics and Politics”, published more than 20 monographs and published more than 40 articles in various periodicals and magazines.
