《秘书实务》作为文秘专业最重要的主干课程之一,对于培养学生的特定职业能力和综合职业素养有着至关重要的意义。本文从教学方法的种类入手,对于在该课程教学过程中运用基于PDCA循环的情景模拟法的教学实践和教学效果进行了介绍与阐述,说明高职教师只有根据高职教育的特点,不断进行探索与实践,才能寻求到教学方法与专业课程教学内容之间的最佳结合点。
As one of the most important main courses of secretarial major, “Secretary Practice” is of crucial significance in cultivating students’ specific professional ability and comprehensive professional accomplishment. This article starts with the types of teaching methods, and introduces and expounds the teaching practice and teaching effect of using the scenario simulation method based on PDCA cycle in teaching process of this course, which shows that only by the characteristics of higher vocational education, And practice, to find the best combination of teaching methods and teaching content of professional courses.
