2009年,内蒙古生产总值增速、规模以上工业增加值增速、农牧民人均现金收入总量3项重要经济指标位居西部12省区市之首,继续领跑西部。近些年来,在西部开发的过程中,许多人在为西部的贫穷、落后而一筹莫展之时,内蒙古经济的迅速崛起,通过财富资本和资源优势的完美融合,优化了地方经济结构,挤占了国际市场份额,焕发了传统产业的青春活力,实现了政府、企业、农民和员工的多方共赢。解析其发展的成功经验,似乎让政府和企业看到了西部经济发展的区域优势和制度创新的广阔前景。
