针对碟式聚光型太阳能光伏电池效率受温度制约的问题,采用两相闭式热虹吸管(重力热管)散热的方式,工质采用水。采用数值计算的方法对垂直放置的翅片热管散热器在自然对流条件下的传热特性进行研究,得到在基管恒壁温条件下,不同翅片边长和翅片间距下周围的温度场与速度场、总散热量及自然对流换热系数。结果表明,翅片边长对自然对流换热系数和平均单位面积总散热量影响较大;翅片间距对翅片热管散热器单位长度总散热量影响较大;当翅片间距为3mm、翅片边长为90mm时翅片热管散热器的效果最好。
Aiming at the problem that the efficiency of dish concentrating solar photovoltaic cells is limited by temperature, a two-phase closed thermosyphon (gravity heat pipe) is adopted to dissipate heat, and the working fluid adopts water. The heat transfer characteristics of the vertically placed fin heat pipe radiator under natural convection conditions were studied by numerical calculation. The temperature field around the length and fin spacing of the fins under constant wall temperature was obtained. And the speed field, the total heat transfer and natural convection heat transfer coefficient. The results show that the side lengths of fins have a great influence on the natural convection heat transfer coefficient and the average heat output per unit area. The fin spacing greatly affects the total heat dissipation per unit length of the finned heat pipe radiator. When the fin spacing is 3mm, When the edge of the film is 90mm, finned heat pipe radiator has the best effect.
