研究了不同分散性的防老剂甲对义马耿村矿长焰煤自燃的化学阻化作用。结果表明,防老剂甲对耿村长焰煤自燃有显著的阻化作用,且防老剂甲的阻化效果随其分散程度的增加而提高,使用分散剂的0.5 % 防老剂甲对煤氧化的阻化效果高于20 % 氯化镁,仅比未使用分散剂的5 % 防老剂甲略差。使用分散剂后,防老剂甲的使用量和成本有较大程度的降低。
The chemical resistance of flame-retardant coal with different dispersibility to flame spontaneous combustion in Gengcun coalmine in Yima was studied. The results showed that the anti-aging agent A had significant resistance to spontaneous combustion of Gengcun long-flame coal, and the anti-aging effect of anti-aging agent A increased with the increase of dispersion degree. Using 0.5% Oxidation resistance is higher than 20% magnesium chloride, only slightly less than the 5% antioxidant A without dispersant. After using the dispersant, the dosage of anti-aging agent A and the cost are reduced to a great extent.
