Different approaches to data collection in epidemiological surveys may not be consistent in their authenticity and reliability. In order to assess the consistency (reliability) of the responses of patients and their agents (eg spouses) to questions on the questionnaire, 50 cases of lung cancer patients and their agents conducted a face-to-face interview. The results showed that the basic consistent rate of the answer to the measurement data was 84.1%. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the two groups except the starting age of smoking by paired t-test. Comparing the count data showed that the average The concordance rate was 87.8%. The Kappa consistency test of each item, P were less than 0.001. The results are basically consistent with those reported in foreign literature and suggest that in the actual work of death cases as the research object, you can collect the necessary information from their agents.
