9月14日下午,省委召开常委会,审议《中共云南省委关于加强和改进新形势下人大工作的意见(送审稿)》《中共云南省委关于支持人民政协履行职能发挥作用的意见(送审稿)》,审议《云南省实施〈中华人民共和国各级人民代表大会常务委员会监督法〉办法(送审稿)》,听取全国文化体制改革工作会议、党史工作会议精神传达,研究我省贯彻意见。省委书记白恩培主持会议。常委会原则通过了省委关于加强人大、政协工作的两个《意见》并指出,人大、政协工作历来是省委工作的重要组
