目的:探讨心脏转移瘤患者心电图改变的特征及易产生心梗样心电图改变的原因。方法:回顾性分析近几年的3例转移到心脏肿瘤患者的心电图资料。结果:3例患者均出现急性心梗样的心电图改变。结论:心脏转移瘤能够引起急性心梗样的心电图改变,临床上应与急性心梗相鉴别,首先除外心梗,否则容易发生误诊,影响治疗。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of electrocardiogram (ECG) changes in patients with cardiac metastases and the reasons for the changes of ECG easily. Methods: The electrocardiogram data of 3 patients who had been transferred to heart cancer in recent years were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All 3 patients had acute myocardial infarction-like ECG changes. Conclusion: Cardiac metastases can cause ECG changes of acute myocardial infarction, and should be differentiated from acute myocardial infarction clinically. Except for myocardial infarction, misdiagnosis may occur easily and affect the treatment.
