一、前言旧沥青路面材料再生利用,在近半个多世纪中,引起世界先进工业国高度重视,再生技术研究获得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。有关科技资料表明,美国开展再生技术起步最早,采用再生技术节约材料费用53%,相当于节约路面总造价的25%左右。再生沥青混合料的产量,约占沥青混合料用量的1/2,到1985年已使用再生沥青混合料达2亿吨以上,节约投资达16亿美元以上,日、苏、英、德、意等国,从70年代起相续开展研究,到90年代,日本再生沥青混合料用量约占沥青混合料总用料的1/2,总的来说,再生技术研究发展迅速。
I. Introduction The recycling of old asphalt pavement materials has attracted great attention from the advanced industrial countries in the past half a century or so. The research on regenerative technology has obtained obvious economic and social benefits. Information on science and technology shows that the United States to start the earliest regeneration technology, the use of recycled materials to save material costs 53%, equivalent to about 25% of the total cost savings road. The output of recycled asphalt mixture accounts for about one-half of that of asphalt mixture. By 1985, it has used over 200 million tons of recycled asphalt mixture, saving more than 1.6 billion U.S. dollars. Japan, the United States, Britain, Germany, Italy And other countries, from the seventies onwards to carry out research, to the 90’s, the amount of recycled asphalt mixture in Japan accounted for about 1/2 of the total asphalt mixture, in general, the rapid development of regeneration technology research.
