作为首都监狱系统唯一的女监狱长,李瑞华常说:“我是个喜欢干事业的人,而且干就要干好”。她不仅用这句话来表达自己对监管改造工作的朴素信念,更喜欢用实际行动来诠释对监狱事业的执著追求。
As the only female prison director in the capital prison system, Li Ruihua often said: “I am a person who loves to do business and has to do a good job.” Not only did she use this phrase to express her own simple beliefs about the work of supervising and reforming, but she also preferred to use her concrete actions to interpret her persistent pursuit of the prison business.
