本文以-200目的金属铜粉为原料,在密闭条件下试验研究了酸性含乙腈的硫酸铜水溶液中金属铜溶解动力学。试验表明:乙腈浓度、Cu~(2+)浓度对亚铜离子生成速度影响较大。在浸出剂成分为Cu~(2+)0.5M,H_2SO_4 0.204M,CH_3CN 5M,金属铜粉加入量为原始溶液中Cu~(2+)的120%;温度40—60℃和浸出时间为一小时的条件下,金属铜溶解反应迅速,亚铜生成速度在三分钟时可达最大值。其阿累尼乌斯方程为logK=-489.978/T-0.28190。在40—60℃下表观活化能E=2.242千卡·摩尔~(-1)。溶解过程受扩散控制。
