(一) 随着我国社会主义建设事业的蓬勃发展,人民的居住条件有了相应的改善。就住宅设计标准而言,从解放初划的每户平均建筑面积为30平方米左右,目前提高到每套平均建筑面积50平方米,加之家庭人口的组成也起了很大的变化,多口户逐渐减少,三、四口之家将成为普遍户型,一提一减,每人平均占有的居住面积有了较大的提高。人们对住房的要求也愈来愈高,住宅设计的水平也应该随着群众要
