目的:探讨宫颈癌中干细胞关键转录因子Foxd3的表达情况及意义。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测21例宫颈癌组织及15例正常宫颈组织中的Foxd3 mRNA表达水平;采用组织芯片及免疫组织化学技术对31例宫颈癌组织和12正常宫颈组织中Foxd3的蛋白表达进行检测。结果:宫颈癌组织中Foxd3 mRNA的表达水平要高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),绝大多数的宫颈癌标本中都可见Foxd3蛋白在癌组织中表达,其表达概率要高于正常组织(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌组织中存在着干细胞性质的癌细胞,可能为宫颈癌治疗的一个潜在靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Foxd3, a key transcription factor in cervical cancer, and its significance. Methods: Foxp3 mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR in 21 cases of cervical cancer and 15 cases of normal cervical tissue. The protein expression of Foxd3 in 31 cervical cancer tissues and 12 normal cervical tissues was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry Test. Results: The expression level of Foxd3 mRNA in cervical cancer tissues was higher than that in normal cervical tissues (P <0.05). The expression of Foxd3 protein in most cervical cancer specimens was higher than that in normal tissues P <0.05). Conclusion: The existence of stem cell cancer cells in cervical cancer may be a potential target for the treatment of cervical cancer.
