乙丙橡胶(EPR)是指乙烯、丙烯共聚的二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)和乙烯、丙烯、非共轭二烯烃单体共聚的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的总称。因其具有较好的耐寒、耐热、耐臭氧、耐化学腐蚀能力和优异的电绝缘性能等,应用广泛。橡胶工业发展的同时,大量不合格、废弃的制品对环境造成了严重的污染。橡胶再生是保护环境和资源可持续利用的有效手段之一。本文采用正交试验法探讨了再生温度、时间、软化剂和活性剂对乙丙橡胶再生胶力学性能的影响。
Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) refers to ethylene, propylene copolymer of ethylene propylene rubber (EPM) and ethylene, propylene, non-conjugated diene monomer copolymerization of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) in general. Because of its good resistance to cold, heat, ozone, chemical resistance and excellent electrical insulation properties, widely used. Rubber industry development at the same time, a large number of unqualified, abandoned products on the environment caused serious pollution. Rubber regeneration is one of the effective means to protect the environment and sustainable utilization of resources. In this paper, the effects of regeneration temperature, time, softener and active agent on the mechanical properties of ethylene-propylene rubber reclaimed rubber were discussed by orthogonal test.
