试验选取5个烤烟新品种NCYATAS-1、NCYATAS-6、云烟119、云烟206、云烟207与对照品种K326进行烤烟烟苗成苗期素质测定。结果表明,5个新引烤烟品种中,云烟119平均留叶数与平均茎围最高,其平均地上部鲜重、地上部干重、株高、茎长也均明显好于对照K326;NCYATAS-1单株地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、地上部干重、地下部干重、平均株高均位于供试品种中最高水平。供试品种间脯氨酸含量并不存在显著性差异。NCYATAS-1、云烟119与云烟206的根系总吸收面积与比表面积均极显著高于其他3个供试品种。综合各供试品种成苗期各项指标,在5个新引烤烟品种中,以NCYATAS-1与云烟119综合表现最好。
Five new flue-cured tobacco varieties, NCYATAS-1, NCYATAS-6, Yunyan 119, Yunyan 206, Yunyan 207 and K326 were selected to test the seedling quality of flue-cured tobacco seedlings. The results showed that among the five newly introduced varieties, the average number of leaves and the average stem circumference of Yunyan 119 were the highest, and the average shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, plant height and stem length were also significantly higher than those of the control K326; NCYATAS- The fresh weight of above-ground part, fresh weight of underground part, dry weight of above-ground part, dry weight of underground part and average plant height were all at the highest level among the tested varieties. There was no significant difference in the content of proline among tested cultivars. The total root absorption area and specific surface area of NCYATAS-1, Yunyan 119 and Yunyan 206 were significantly higher than the other three tested cultivars. According to the indexes of seedling stage of all tested cultivars, NCYATAS-1 and Yunyan 119 were the best among the five newly introduced varieties.
