稽山中学从上个学期起,就开展了以课例为载体的课堂教学研究活动,以教研组为单位,以解决教学中的问题为重点,组内成员一起听课评课,一起反思修改,逐步提炼出具有典型意义、推广价值的教学范例,从而优化课堂教学,提高教学质量和效率.本文就是我们高二备课组结合实际,在“磨课”过程中的部分实录,也是对顾泠沅先生提出的“变式教学”的尝试与实践.
