在“互联网+”和“大众创业、万众创新”背景下,高职院校内部推行创新创业课程教育,有利于提升学生的综合素质,提高学生的职场适应能力和就业水平。在高职院校内部建立专业的工作室,开展创新创业实践类教学课程改革工作。在创新创业工作室设计活动过程中,教师要不断推进实践实训流程的优化,以真实创业情景具体呈现的方式,提升学生的创新创业能力。本文从高职工业设计专业工作室制度建立的方法展开探讨,提出几点有利于实现创新创业型人才培养的可行性建议。
In the context of “Internet + ” and “mass entrepreneurship, universal innovation ”, the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is conducive to enhancing the overall quality of students and improving students’ adaptability and employment level. In the higher vocational colleges to establish a professional studio, to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching reform. In the process of designing innovative and entrepreneurial studio activities, teachers should continue to optimize the practical training process to enhance students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in a concrete way of presenting real business scenarios. This article explores the method of establishing a system of industrial design specialty studios in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some feasible suggestions that are conducive to the cultivation of innovative and pioneering talents.
