国内外越来越多疏港道路采用海堤形式,但海堤道路的路面经常出现严重的裂缝病害。该文以东海大桥连接段海堤高速公路的检测和调查数据为基础,总结海堤道路路面裂缝破坏规律,并建立海堤道路路面结构有限元模型,通过分析路面结构模型的应力分布研究裂缝产生的机理。研究成果表明:海堤道路路基的纵向沉降曲线宜采用折线形式进行拟合。海堤道路路面裂缝破坏与路基不均匀沉降高度相关,裂缝率出现极值的路段均位于路基沉降曲线的转折位置,不均匀沉降引起的基层开裂是造成海堤道路路面裂缝破坏的重要原因。
A growing number of domestic and international port spreaders adopt the form of seawalls, but the road surface of seawalls often presents serious cracks. Based on the detection and survey data of the seawall expressway at the connecting section of Donghai Bridge, this paper summarizes the law of cracks on the pavement of sea embankments and establishes the finite element model of pavement structure of sea embankment. The stress distribution of the pavement structure model is analyzed to study the occurrence of cracks The mechanism. The research results show that the longitudinal settlement curve of sea embankment roadbed should be fitted by the broken line. The failure of pavement crack in seawall road is related to the uneven subsidence height of subgrade. The sections with extreme cracks rate lie in the turning point of subsidence curve of subgrade, and the cracking caused by uneven subsidence is the important reason for pavement crack damage.
