本文总结6年来共转性内斜视59例108眼手术前后角膜散光的变化。手术分内直肌后退和内直肌后退加外直肌缩短两种。前者减弱内直肌对角膜向后的水平牵张力,使角膜的水平曲率半径增加而产生顺规散光,该肌后退量越大,散光度增加越明显;后者由于内直肌的张力明显强于外直肌,故术后仍引起角膜水平曲率半径的增大而导致顺规散光度的增加。
This article summarizes the changes of corneal astigmatism before and after 59 cases 108 cases of esotropia in 6 years. The former weakens the rectus medialis posterior corneal horizontal stretch, the corneal horizontal curvature radius increases along the cis-rule astigmatism, the greater the amount of the back of the muscle, the more obvious increase in astigmatism; the latter because of the rectus muscle tension was significantly stronger In the rectus abdominis, it is still caused by the corneal horizontal curvature radius of the increase resulting in compliance along with the increase of astigmatism.
