今年是继续深化财税体制改革的重要一年。我市各级财政要在党委和政府的领导下,把握时机,坚定不移地推进财税体制改革。及时研究新情况,发现新问题,探索新路子,创造性地做好新体制下的财税工作;强化财政收支管理,千方百计支持经济建设,不断开辟新财源,增加财政收入,促进全市经济建设和各项社会事业持速、健康、协调发展。
This year marks an important year to continue deepening the reform of the fiscal and taxation system. Under the leadership of the party committees and governments, all levels of finance in our city should seize the opportunity to unswervingly push forward the reform of the fiscal and taxation system. Timely study new situations, discover new problems, explore new ways of creatively doing a good job of fiscal and taxation work under the new system; strengthen the administration of revenue and expenditure, do everything possible to support economic construction, continuously open up new sources of revenue, increase revenue and promote the city’s economic construction and Social undertakings maintain a steady, healthy and coordinated development.
