茶叶是人们常用的饮料,在我国历史悠久,饮用人多,其卫生质量大样本的纵横分析,少见报道。我县地处湘鄂赣三省交界,企业以茶为主,“锦峰茶”,“豪绿茶”连获部优,年产茶叶上千吨,加工外省茶达万吨,是重要的茶叶生产地和经营地。为了解茶叶卫生质量,修订茶叶卫生标准提供参考,1985年来,我们对本县生产加工的茶叶共抽样507份,进行卫生质量鉴定,现将结果报告如下:
