过去,报纸对音乐方面的宣传还是比较重视的。如一九八○年六月三日刊登的《怎样看待毛主席同音乐工作者的谈话》的文章,就曾引起音乐界强烈的反应。因为它代表了当时音乐界的意见。最近对上海音乐学院校庆五十五周年纪念活动、肖友梅铜像揭幕的报道,在国内外也有一定影响。在新的一年里,希望报纸在音乐宣传报道方面也能出现一个新局面。这里,提出一些意见供参考:
