8月份,我国石油和化工行业经济运行保持基本平稳。1~8月,全行业增加值同比增长8.3%,主营业务收入增长8.3%,固定资产投资增速11.5%,出口总额增长9.8%。能源生产总体平稳,主要化学品产量继续增长,市场供需基本稳定。但市场波动加剧,行业成本持续高位运行,库存增加较快,经济下行压力仍很大。分析认为,当前市场波动仍属正常范围,是经济回升过程中的应有现象,也是经济结构调整的必然结果,石化行业企稳回升的态势并没有改变。预计9、10月份行业经济运行仍将保持相对平稳的走势。
In August, the economic operation of China’s oil and chemical industry remained basically stable. From January to August, the added value of the entire industry increased by 8.3% from the same period of last year, the revenue of main business increased by 8.3%, the investment of fixed assets increased by 11.5% and the total export increased by 9.8%. Overall energy production was steady, the output of major chemicals continued to grow, and the market supply and demand remained basically stable. However, market volatility intensified, industry costs continued to run high, and inventories increased rapidly. The downward pressure on the economy is still high. Analysis shows that the current market volatility is still within the normal range, is the phenomenon of economic rebound in the process, but also the inevitable result of economic restructuring, the petrochemical industry stabilized and picked up the situation has not changed. It is estimated that the economic operation of the industry in September and October will still maintain a relatively steady trend.
