豆科植物葛根是中医临床常用药,具有肌弛缓、镇痉和镇痛作用。有效成分为大豆黄碱素、大豆黄甙、葛根黄碱素等异黄酮类化合物。已往从葛根提取这类有效成分的两种方法均须用较大量的碱式醋酸铅既不经济,又由于碱式醋酸铅在水中溶解度小,需大量的水溶解而使操作繁琐,更主要的是有效成分提取物的得率低。为了克服上述的缺点,作者发现,用氨代替碱式醋酸铅可使操作简化,提高有效成分的收率。
Leguminosae Puerariae is a commonly used drug in traditional Chinese medicine and has muscle relaxation, dysentery, and analgesia. The active ingredients are isoflavones such as soy yellow pigment, soybean yellow glycoside, and pueraria flavonoid. The two methods used to extract such active ingredients from Pueraria lobata are not economical due to the use of a large amount of basic lead acetate, and due to the low solubility of basic lead acetate in water, it requires a large amount of water to dissolve, making the operation cumbersome, and more importantly effective. The yield of ingredient extracts is low. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, the authors found that the use of ammonia instead of basic lead acetate can simplify the operation and increase the yield of active ingredients.
