目的 :大鼠诱发肝癌过程中 ,观察125I IudR 胰岛素与癌变过程中肝细胞的特异性亲和力的变化。方法 :DENA诱发大鼠肝癌分批处死 ,取肝组织进行免疫组化染色。结果 :重度增生组及癌变组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05) ,而重度增生组和癌变组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。重度增生组及癌变组与轻度增生组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05) ,对照组与轻度增生组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 :125I IudR 胰岛素与肝细胞的亲和力在肝细胞癌变过程中具有密切的关系
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of 125I IudR insulin and the specific affinity of hepatocytes during the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma in rats. Methods: DENA-induced liver cancer was sacrificed in batches and liver tissues were harvested for immunohistochemical staining. Results: There was significant difference between severe hyperplasia group and cancerous group and control group (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between severe hyperplasia group and cancerous group (P> 0.05). There were significant differences between severe hyperplasia group and cancerous group and mild hyperplasia group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between mild hyperplasia group and mild hyperplasia group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The affinity of 125I IudR insulin with hepatocytes is closely related to the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma
