本文观察了黄连煎液对鼻咽癌上皮细胞株HNE_3rDNA活性的抑制作用,并与氨基喋呤等药进行了比较。结果显示,黄连煎液组AgNOR颗粒数极低(1.188±1.052),氨基喋呤组之值居中(15.163±4.739),空白对照组则高达35.213±3.338。黄连煎液与氨基喋呤合用,可使AgNOR数进一步下降(1000±0.560)。VitC的效应强度与使用浓度有关。作者认为,黄连对HNE_3细胞rDNA活性有强烈的抑制作用。
In this paper, we observed the inhibitory effect of Huanglian decoction on the activity of nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line HNE_3rDNA, and compared it with other drugs such as aminopterin. The results showed that the number of AgNOR particles in the Huanglian decoction group was extremely low (1.188±1.052), that of the aminopurine group was (15.163±4.739), and that of the blank control group was as high as 35.213±3.338. The combination of Huanglian decoction and aminopurine can further reduce the AgNOR count (1000±0.560). The effect of VitC is related to the concentration of use. The authors believe that Rhizoma Coptidis has a strong inhibitory effect on the rDNA activity of HNE-3 cells.
