党的十一届三中全会以来,备级组织不断加强了对少年儿童工作的领导,少年一代正在茁壮成长。但是,社会上的一些不正之风,也通过社会、家庭等多种渠道,在一定程度上给少年儿童带来了不良影响。面对少年儿童的这种思想状况,靠空洞的说教是打动不了他们心灵的,他们非要亲眼见到,亲耳听到才相信是“真的”。多年来,我校体会到:要想使教育随时代的脉搏一起跳动,关键就是抓住一个“动”字,使学生的生活丰富起来,活跃起来。不仅在校内要通过组织各种活动促进孩子们生动活泼地、主动地得到发展,而且要发动社会力量,创造条件开展教育活动,使孩子们在大量的有益的活动中受到教育。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, reserve organizations have continuously strengthened their leadership over the work of children and adolescents, and the younger generation is thriving. However, some unhealthy tendencies in society have also brought adverse effects to children and adolescents to a certain extent through various channels, such as society and the family. In the face of these ideological conditions of children and adolescents, they can not move their minds through empty preaching. They have to see them with their own eyes and believe them to be “real” before they hear it. Over the years, my school has realized that in order to make education beat with the pulse of the times, the key is to seize a “moving” word, so that students can enrich their lives and become active. Not only should we promote the lively and active development of children through the organization of various activities in schools, but also mobilize social forces and create conditions for education so that children can be educated in a large number of beneficial activities.
