采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合计算机标准谱库检索对由水蒸气蒸馏法获得的尼泊尔桤木挥发油化学成分进行鉴定,结合质谱数据库NIST2008对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,并通过总离子流色谱图的面积归化法计算各成分的相对含量,从尼泊尔桤木挥发油中共鉴定出32种化合物。水提取物的化学成分分析结果有助于发现尼泊尔桤木的特征性成分,为针对性的提取分离化合物提供参考。
The chemical constituents of volatile oil from Alnus cremastogyne by steam distillation were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) combined with computerized standard spectral library search. The compounds were identified by mass spectrometry database NIST2008 and identified by total ion chromatogram Of the area of naturalization method to calculate the relative content of each component, from Nepalese volatile oil were identified in 32 kinds of compounds. The chemical composition analysis results of water extract can help to find out the characteristic components of Alnus cremastogyne, and provide a reference for the specific extraction of isolated compounds.
