医患关系是指医务人员与患者在医疗活动中建立起来的人际关系。医患关系是否和谐,直接影响到患者的就医心理、满意度和健康状态[1-2]。军队离休老干部在其保健过程中与医务人员形成的医患关系如何,与缓解老干部病情、改善其身体功能、保证其身体健康和延年益寿有着重要关系。现就构建军队干休所和谐医患关系的特点与对策探讨如下。
Doctor-patient relationship refers to the medical staff and patients in medical activities to establish relationships.
