目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的表达。方法 CHF患者120例,ELISA检测血清MMP-9表达,乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测血清hs-CRP水平。比较不同NYHA心功能状态患者MMP-9和hs-CRP的表达差异。结果随着心功能的恶化,MMP-9和hs-CRP的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。CHF患者外周血MMP-9和hs-CRP的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.716,P<0.01)。结论 CHF患者外周血MMP-9和hs-CRP表达水平随着心功能的减低而升高,MMP-9和hs-CRP表达可能参与了CHF心肌重构的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). METHODS: 120 patients with CHF were enrolled in this study. Serum MMP-9 expression was measured by ELISA. Serum hs-CRP level was measured by latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry. The differences in the expression of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in patients with NYHA cardiac function were compared. Results With the deterioration of cardiac function, the expression of MMP-9 and hs-CRP was significantly increased (P <0.05). The levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in CHF patients were positively correlated (r = 0.716, P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in peripheral blood of CHF patients increases with the decrease of cardiac function. The expression of MMP-9 and hs-CRP may be involved in the pathological process of CHF myocardial remodeling.
