国企思想政治工作为企业的生产经营和改革发展提供了思想政治保证。随着改革开放的不断深入,国有企业思想政治工作迫切需要改进和创新。企业文化可以为企业思想政治工作拓宽开展的渠道。国有企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设相融合,互相取长补短,充分发挥两者优势,从而增强企业的市场竞争力。因此,正确认识两者之间的关系,是目前国有企业思想政治工作者研究的重要课题。本文在进一步阐述两者之间的关系以及实现两者结合的意义的基础上探索实现两者相互结合、相互促进的途径和方法,以期推动国有企业的健康发展。
The ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises provides the ideological and political guarantee for the production, operation and reform and development of the enterprises. With the deepening of reform and opening up, ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises urgently needs improvement and innovation. Corporate culture can broaden the channels for enterprise ideological and political work. The ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises should be integrated with the building of enterprise culture to complement each other’s strengths and give full play to their advantages so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, a correct understanding of the relationship between the two is an important issue for the study of ideological and political workers in state-owned enterprises. Based on the further elaboration of the relationship between the two and the realization of the combination of the two, this article explores ways and means of combining the two with each other and promoting each other with a view to promoting the healthy development of state-owned enterprises.
