本文用同位素锝~(99)m TcO_4~-动态闪烁显象法,对20例(18~55岁)颈椎病性眩晕患者进行颈脑血流量测定。其中14例显示脑区供血减少。作者认为颈性眩晕与脑区供血量减少有关。该14例因颈椎病而引起脑供血不足所致颈性眩晕,经过牵引治疗,眩晕症状消失。故从中得出两点结论:①颈牵治疗法可以改善颈性眩晕时的脑区血供;颈牵可以治疗颈性眩晕;②牵引治疗颈性眩晕的事实说明,颈性眩晕原因不仅是颈椎器质性病变,还包括由颈椎器质性病变导致位置病变引起椎动脉供血不足,进而导致脑供血不足。这一新方法,对于研究椎关节错位和颈椎关节病的诊断和治疗具有实用价值。特别是应用在椎动脉供血不足性和椎动脉型颈椎病性眩晕的诊断和治疗效果观察上。
