新设计的组合式大模板,是在总结北京市内各种类型大模板几年来施工实践的基础上设计的。它的主要特点是模板刚度较强,变形小。我们的设计原则是:模板在周转使用数百次以上,拆模后混凝土墙表面平整度仍能达到中级抹灰的验收标准,实例计算基本上满足。下面以其中的1号模板为计算实例。
The newly designed modular template was designed on the basis of summarizing the construction practices of various types of large templates in Beijing in the past few years. Its main feature is that the template has strong rigidity and small deformation. Our design principle is: The template is used hundreds of times in turnover. After the mold is removed, the surface roughness of the concrete wall can still meet the acceptance criteria of the intermediate plaster. The calculation of the example is basically satisfactory. The following uses the No. 1 template as an example of calculation.
