为了说明中国资本市场近年来运行态势的非常态性,我们先对全球12个国家从2002年9月11日以来一整年的股市走势做一回顾对比。与各国股市走势相对照的,我们对各国经济形势作出以下点评: 而全球政治局势相对最稳定、经济增长最快的中国股市恰恰是全球市场表现最差的一个。中国资本市场发展的现状与日新月异的中国经济发展形势严重不匹配,与中国多数行业进入恢复上升期的总体态势不匹配,与周边国家资本市场普遍向好的现状不匹配。
To illustrate the abnormality of China’s capital market in recent years, let us first review the stock market movements of 12 countries in the world since September 11, 2002. In contrast with the trend of stock markets in various countries, we make the following comments on the economic situation in various countries: The relatively stable global economy and the fastest-growing economy in China are precisely the worst performers in the global market. The current situation of China’s capital market development does not match with the ever-changing situation of China’s economic development. It does not match the overall trend that most of China’s industries have entered a period of recovery and does not match the prevailing favorable conditions in the capital markets of neighboring countries.
