本文对已经报道的天然紫杉烷类化合物按照一种新的方法进行分类,并在此基础上研究了这类化合物的氢谱。研究发现Ⅰ类骨架(6/8/6环系统)和Ⅱ类骨架(5/7/6环系统)的化合物在氢谱上有明显的区别,而且有些Ⅱ类骨架的化合物被误定为Ⅰ类骨架。根据氢谱的研究,对误定的一些化合物提出了修改的建议,这些修改建议得到了碳谱数据的支持
In this paper, natural taxane compounds that have been reported are classified according to a new method, and on this basis, the hydrogen spectra of these compounds are studied. It was found that the compounds in the I-framework (6/8/6 ring system) and the II-framework (5/7/6 ring system) have obvious differences in the hydrogen spectrum, and some II-skeleton compounds are misclassified as I. Class skeleton. According to the study of the hydrogen spectrum, suggestions were made for the modification of some of the compounds that were erroneously determined. These modifications were supported by carbon spectrum data.
