241例先天性智力低下的细胞遗传学研究

本文报告241例先天性智力低下患者的外周血染色体分析,男143例(59.3%),女98例(40.7%)。染色体异常者130例(53.9%),其中先天愚型120例(49.8%),Turner综合征4例(1.7%),脆性X染色体综合征6例(2.5%)。对先天性智低的病因与预防进行了讨论。

This paper reports 241 cases of congenital mental retardation in patients with peripheral blood chromosome analysis, 143 males (59.3%), 98 females (40.7%). There were 130 cases (53.9%) of chromosomal abnormalities including 120 cases of Down’s syndrome (49.8%), 4 Turner’s syndrome (1.7%) and 6 cases of Fragile X syndrome (2.5%). The etiology and prevention of congenital intellectual loss are discussed.
