扬州市现有职工106万,基层工会8600多家,班组5万多个,其中,非公企业班组占到近80%。近年来,我们始终把加强班组建设作为工会组织围绕中心、服务大局,夯实基层、打牢基础的重要工作,牢牢抓住创建“工人先锋号”这一有效载体,不断创新班组建设工作思路,激发企业的发展活力,在建设“创新扬州、精致扬州、幸福扬州”中充分发挥班组的积极作用。一、强化组织领导,形成推进班组建设工作合力
