在复杂的社会、学校、家庭因素的影响下,高校盗窃案件频发。现行法制对在校大学生盗窃犯罪的处理存在诸多问题,应建立在校大学生盗窃犯罪预防机制,通过适用条件的确定、缓诉权的赋予及起诉犹豫相关制度的构建与完善,使在校大学生盗窃犯罪起诉犹豫制度更具合理性及可操作性,让大学生健康成长与高校反盗窃犯罪达到平衡。
Under the influence of complex social, school and family factors, college theft cases are frequent. The existing legal system has many problems to deal with the crime of theft among college students. It is necessary to set up a mechanism to prevent theft crime in college students. Through the establishment of the system of adjudication and suing, Prosecution hesitation system more reasonable and maneuverability, so that college students healthy growth and college anti-theft crime strike a balance.
