目的观察应用手术方法治疗牙龈瘤而保留患牙的临床疗效。方法在牙周基础治疗的基础上,将瘤体彻底切除,并翻瓣直视下修整病变周围的牙槽骨组织和牙周软组织,保留患牙。结果经术后0.5～4年随访,30例患者牙龈附着良好,无炎症,无牙周袋形成,牙槽骨未见明显吸收,牙齿无松动,牙龈瘤无复发。结论手术彻底切除牙龈瘤,并保留患牙,此法疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of gingival tumor while retaining the affected teeth. Methods On the basis of periodontal treatment, the tumor was completely excised and the alveolar bone tissue and periodontal soft tissue around the lesion were reconstructed under the flap flap to preserve the affected tooth. Results After 0.5 to 4 years follow-up, 30 patients had good gingival attachment, no inflammation, no periodontal pocket formation, no obvious alveolar bone absorption, no loosening of teeth and no recurrence of gingival tumor. Conclusion The complete removal of gingival tumor surgery, and retain the teeth, this method significant effect, it is worth promoting.
