提出一种新型U型钢棒阻尼器,该阻尼器通过冷弯加工成型,通过高强螺栓安装在普通无铅芯橡胶隔震支座上发挥消能减震作用。首先通过一系列试验对U型钢棒阻尼器的耗能能力、延性、刚度和疲劳性能进行了研究,发现其具有良好的抗震性能。然后对由U型钢棒阻尼器和普通无铅芯橡胶隔震支座组合而成的新型橡胶隔震支座进行了剪切试验研究。试验结果表明,该新型隔震支座的等效水平刚度、屈服后刚度和屈服力等各项受力性能都比铅芯橡胶支座有了很大的提高。与铅芯橡胶支座比较,该新型隔震支座具有更好的耗能性能,可以广泛应用于隔震和减震工程中。
A new U-shaped steel bar damper is proposed. The damper is formed by cold bending and installed on a common lead-free rubber bearing for earthquake isolation to exert energy dissipation and shock absorption. First, through a series of experiments, the energy dissipation, ductility, stiffness and fatigue properties of U-shaped steel bar dampers were studied and found to have good seismic performance. Then a new type of rubber bearing was made by combining U-shaped steel bar dampers and common lead-free rubber bearing. The test results show that the new type of isolated bearings have much better performance than the lead-rubber bearings in terms of equivalent horizontal stiffness, post-yield stiffness and yield strength. Compared with the lead rubber bearing, the new bearing has better energy dissipation performance and can be widely used in isolation and vibration reduction projects.
