中南军政委员会令会财字第二九五○号颁发中南区农业税灾歉减免暂行办法兹拟定「中南区农业税灾歉减免暂行办法」随令颁发,作为一九五一年各级人民政府办理农业税灾歉减免的依据。其中如有不尽适合各地实际情况者,得由各省(市)人民政府拟定具体补充办法,报会备案。灾歉减免不仅是照顾了灾区人民生活,而且是贯彻合理负担的再深入,因此如有灾情,应进行深入调查,认真贯彻减免政策。并希省(市)人民政府在今年农业税征收结束后,务宜作一专题总结,报送本会备查为要!主席林彪一九五一年七月十一日
